One of the best boba I've had so far. It's really worth the trip. Very friendly staffs and really nice atmosphere.

First boba place in Seattle that doesn’t smell. Taro boba is good.

Got an iced Vietnamese coffee and an ube milk tea with ube boba. Both were good, though personal preference for the Vietnamese coffee. Great to have a place in the neighborhood that makes pandan waffles. The waffle was nice, but the edges could have been a little crispier. Just a few more seconds in the waffle maker! Service was quick. The ambiance lends to more of a takeout-kind of place rather than a sit-down and chat vibe.

I'm so happy to have this new Boba tea place in the neighborhood! They have great customer service and delicious Bubble tea!

I discovered Hyson while exploring Seattle and I'm glad I did! I usually don't like boba tea because of how syrupy they can taste, but Hyson uses fresh ingredients and makes their boba pearls, ube paste, and other things in house (and you can really taste the difference). I had the ube milk tea boba with ube pearls and not only was it delicious, but the owner was very welcoming too. I can't wait to go again next time I'm in Seattle!

Boba and taro was delicious! Great jellies and tea flavor. We went because of the scratch made and organic ingredients. Unfortunately, the menu did not specify the lattes are sweetened, and it ruined the experience for one of us who only wanted black tea and steamed milk. We didn't have time to go back and really wish the menu had said if it was sweet or gave the option to have it 0% sweetened. Thank you!
