Rarely do I go to a place that warrants an instant 5 star google review, but my God this salted cream coffee and pandan waffle are SO GOOD. I love that the cups have a cover to plug the drinking hole to prevent spills. The cafe itself is cute too. Highly recommend!

Great place to get Vietnamese sandwiches, coffee, Boba, and many more. Super convenient ordering system, not too crowded, friendly service. Their banh mi was very flavorful and a great size. Their coffee was sweet, but had a strong coffee taste which I like. Overall great place and I would come back

Edit: Editing this to 5 stars again as they gave me that one free boba like they promised for my inconvenience the last time. And their milk tea is great! My go to boba place from now on. They show open until 9 on google but were closed when we got there at 8.

Super friendly staff and owners! The homemade pearls were delicious and noticeably had a better texture than other places. and the special combination banh mi was good and nice to have since a lot of places dont offer it. It did take a bit of time from ordering to receiving the food so not the best if you need a “quick bit” in which case you can order ahead and pick up instead if youre in a rush!
