Hyson Boba Tea and Cafe on Madison is a gem. I ordered the Tiramisu Milk Tea with Raspberry Boba and it was absolutely delicious, a perfect balance of rich flavor with a playful fruitiness from the boba. I also tried the Braised Pork Banh Mi and it was equally impressive, with tender, flavorful pork and fresh, crisp vegetables in a perfectly toasted baguette. The atmosphere here is warm and inviting, with thoughtful decor that makes the space feel both stylish and comfortable. It is the kind of place where you can relax and enjoy your drink or meal while taking in the charm of the surroundings. The staff were kind and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. I got the watermelon refresher drink and the strawberry craffle. Both were so delicious. The watermelon drink was so perfect for the 90 degree day we were having. Everyone in the store was so incredibly nice and the staff were very attentive. I’ve never felt so welcome. I’m so excited to try more of their fresh fruit teas and the banh mi🩷
